- care in the design recommendation (for each room I was offered a series of combinations models / textures / colors for rolls + curtains)
- the time commitments fulfilled
- operative measurements / assembly, with good sense (language and footwear protection at the entrance to the rooms)
- concern for the needy in a (relatively) new home - tasteful gift received
