I'm being ROBBED by Andrea! My unit was broken into when I wasn't home. I contacted the police immediately. I also notified Andrea of the situation. I was given a report number and all. So I moved out soon after that. I moved out March 12th. Andrea told me that she had 30 days to send me my security deposit. Mind you, I've kept constant communication with her up until this very day. Almost 40 days past, and she just now tells me that I'm responsible for the door. Based off of her personal opinion she told me. So now I'm being charged for the 12 days over in March, AND a door that I had NOTHING TO DO WITH!!! Oh but wait folks, my friend's car was stolen the month prior in February. No cameras to catch any footage. Also, there was private entry once upon a time, but they removed it! And didn't even bother to prorate the rent! So yeah, this is BAD business practice!
