Terry was great to work with. He worked with me over the phone to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in and new F150. I live 2 1/2 hours away so I needed to make sure we agreed on price before making the long drive. Many of the other dealers would not discuss specific price unless I came in person first. Terry has been very responsive to questions I have had since the purchase also.
