Mr. Mike Short made our experience of purchasing a vehicle very pleasurable. He was very courteous and patient with us. He went out of his way to find the perfect vehicle for myself and my husband. Mr. Short was not pushy or overwhelming, he listened to what our needs and concerns were and did everything possible to meet those needs. He even went out of his way to get me the color I wanted in a vehicle when that color was not on his lot at the time. Mr. Mike Short is truly a valued asset to Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota.
