All I needed to do was drop and item off for a guest at the Westin. The man at the front desk was rude and treated me terribly. I was also supposed to pick up a package and when asked if there was a package for me was told I can t tell you that information. I gave him a strange look and just left because he was obviously having a bad day. I am a business owner in the tourism industry here in New Orleans. Westin guests deserve better service than this.
