No complaints about the service and the profession...

No complaints about the service and the professional way that Deerfield Toyota Employees deal with customers. Now, this is the second time I was overcharged, this time I noticed before leaving the dealer, but on the 30k service I was overcharged. Since I bought the car on the dealer filter and oil changes should be not charge. Perhaps record keeping could be improved, customers that purchase car at your dealer should not be required to remain you that we are loyal customers.
