Update: I received a call from the dealership saying that they wanted to resolve the issue, but they did not offer a resolution. All I want is the part that I did not get with my car.

I bought a used Subaru WRX from them and did not receive the SD card for the navigation system. This is not a big deal for the navigation because the navigation system is not great, but after disconnecting the battery for some maintenance the radio will not boot because it is missing the SD card. I called the dealership and was told that I needed to get one from Subaru (for $170). So I basically bought a car with a time bombed entertainment system.
I shall not return. Buyer beware.
