I came in on a Friday to have my breaks in the rear replaced with Shawn P. Because of the shortness of staff that day Shawn provided me with a loaner to use and had let me know my car would be done on Saturday and he would keep me informed with updates. I came by on Saturday and Shawn and his tech showed me why my car would not be ready at that time, one of my cailpers had seezed and needed to be replaced and it would be Monday or Tuesday till the car was done. This would have upset me but Shawn informed me he would take good care of me. I was told to keep the loaner and he would contact me Monday. Monday came and he called first thing and let me know the part would be in and he would have the car ready by the afternoon, he did and had the car washed and it was perfect. I will be coming back to MINI and BMW for service and know I will get A++ service. Loved the dealership and I even got to see the new BMW dealership and let me say that if I get a new car I may get a BMW just to get to see the new shop. Thanks BMW and MINI
