Avoid this company at all costs, they are time wasters, it took them 95 days to complete a simple re-mortgage for me, and that is only because I was constantly on their backs otherwise it would have taken much longer. All of the spadework was done by me, and the information was just sat on for weeks before they did anything with it. They caused the repayment to my old lenders to be 45 days late, even though they had more than ample time to do the work. I repeatedly told them the repayment date but they just ignored me. They were also completely unhelpful with any advice about what they were asking for, I had to ask other sources for the information so that I could complete their forms.
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will never go near them again.
