I specifically told him I didn t want my credit ran until we knew this was going to happen. He emphasized it wouldn t be touched until it was a set deal. We talked about numbers but the couple before decided to go with the car. I leave . And get notifications that my credit was still ran! I called them back and they told me it wasn t suppose to but he didn t know what happened . They ran my credit without my authorization and my credit has an inquiry hit due to these fraudulent sales people. I told him I was going to complain to The BBB and he text me asking if I wanted a copy of my application . Like it was a joke .
