We came to stay because of my sons surgery the following morning and we live about 2 hours away. We got in late bc my husband had to work that day. When we checked in around 8:30 my husband went straight to the shower. My son barely grabbed a corner table that was NOT secured at all!! And it fell immediately on his poor little face!! He s only 2!! We called straight down to the front desk where a manager answered. And I told her we would have to go straight to the hospital! I mean his face was was gushing blood from his eye and his nose!! All the manager said was okay. Fill out an incident report when you get back!! That s it!! His nose was broken and we had to spend most of the night in the ER!! And pray they would do his surgery which was only a few hours away by the time we made it back! It s been 2 weeks and I ve called twice and my husband made a trip up there where nobody has helped us!! They haven t called and checked on us or asked about his medical bills or anything!!! Horrrrrrible stay! Even tho we only got to be in our room for 4 hours!! They say they are all about customer service but id say they need help!! Talk about miserable! I just pray they actually fix the tables!! So that nobody else gets hurt! My poor son couldn t be saved but a future baby can be!
