Show was great but, when we got there, we were told no phones. Some people in line had received emails and some had not. We were not so lucky. The entire situation was completely disorganized and chaotic. Lines that weren't lines, employees getting snippy with people but not articulating what they wanted us to do. Once we finally got inside, the bar ran out of bottled water. All in all, the show was phenomenal but the venue was not.
