I m glad I incorporated my company and went with Incnow. They were quick to answer my questions and return my emails. I was feeling a little intimidated by the process but it couldn t have been easier. The packet I got with my paperwork walked me through what to do. A lot of value for the reasonable price I paid. I learned that I need a registered agent in the state to keep a Delaware company and their rate is low and included for 1+ years. Some of the other incorporation companies I looked at either didn t include it with the price or for only 6 months.
