July 4th weekend (two hottest days of the year in So.Texas). I called Jon Wayne Service Co. I spoke with Devon. She was upbeat, understanding and helpful. I knew I had called the right company. Most service decisions are based on the outcome of the first call. The first available appointment was Monday.

My technician was John Wars. He was professional, efficient and a very nice man to work with.

Overall, I was very impressed with the Jon Wayne team and I would highly recommend them.

I intend to work with them when the
sad day arrives and I need to buy a brand new system. It won t be long.
