This might be the first review I ve ever written but felt the need to share my experience as a forewarning for others.

Dealing with Rouse Chamberlin was one of the worst consumer experiences I ve ever had.

While we were originally very excited about the prospect of buying a home with Rouse, we quickly realized that it was going to be nothing short of a terrible experience. For others beginning the process with Rouse, I would advise you to fully expect to be treated with complete disregard and ignorance. Rouse views its buyers as a dispensable commodity and will treat you as such.

Rouse has not only recently attempted to hold in person business meetings during the COVID-19 shutdown, despite Governor Wolf s explicit requirement otherwise , but has also failed to deliver on almost every deadline and commitment throughout the entire process.

I would highly advise others to seek homes with Ryan or Toll Brothers as I can honestly say from direct and personal experience they are not only more flexible but more appreciative and willing to accommodate their buyers.
