I have a large team of employees I was planning on getting gift baskets that would include certificates to Fayez Spa.
Thankfully I inquired with friends, and colleagues on the quality of service I could expect when investing in their services.
I learned that its common practice for the staff at Fayez Spa to either deliberately lie to potential customers in order to secure the sale, then refuse to make it right after the customer learns of the lie, or the staff doesn't know their offerings/policies, then refuse to acknowledge their mistake or make it right.
You would think after requesting to speak to the manager to express your concerns with the above, he would try his best to make it right. Or at least meet you in the middle. I was astonished to learn the owner himself is extremely rude, accusatory, and threatening to customers that express concerns. He refuses to entertain the possibility his staff could make a mistake. Refuses to even simply apologize. He calls you a liar. Then he threatens you.
I have taken my large purchase elsewhere, and I will forever do what I can to educate folks on this experience with Fayez SPA.
