What we liked:
Beachfront rooms have wonderful view, and is basically the reason for my second star. A LOT OF tennis courts, and as a person who enjoys playing tennis, I liked this amenity. Also, make sure to use the beachfire service if you stay here overnight, the price is worth it.

What we did not like:
Very rude customer service. When I ask anything to the front desk in person he made very rude comments and basically tried to make me feel guilty for asking question. room cards also wouldn't work any second time we try to get in the room, so we went to front desk at least 10 times in a 4 night stay to ask for new card; and we always got the same answer: "it is probably because you are carrying it near to a phone" (I never carried a phone to begin with in my vacation). My impression is that they don't care a bit about customer service because their location is amazing, which evidently is what they rely on. We made a complain about these and they made a slight discount for one of the nights we stayed, though not sure if it made up for the bad customer service.
