There is so much I can provide in details, but I am not going because I am still trying work with them on an issue for the past 8 weeks. I understand that they have to depend on others to do work, but the PM(2nd one in a row) at my condo lacks basic understanding of condo(which lead to sending the wrong trade), no respect for the residents living condition(if its there, things would be addressed faster), lacks responsiveness and expectation setting especially when the issue has been going on for 8 weeks. I am first time condo owner and the building is 3 years old. I have learnt so much just from google just based on facts. I have presented all these to the PM. In short, I am doing more to push the ball along to get resolved than my PM especially for an issue not caused by the interior workings of the unit. This issue is also escalated internally to this company, still very slow. Very disappointed with the PM and company.

It's already escalated within your management. Zippo result. I am confident you(Jill) won't be able to do anything. I will find a different route.
