The worst experience I have ever had. Me and my girlfriend came to see how much it would be to buy out our lease. We ended up getting talked into getting a rogue for 1000 dollars down and around 400 dollars per month. We get a call back to come in the dealership to discuss something. When we came back they increased the price to 3000 dollars down. So we decided to get our lease back and buy it out, well the finance manager would not give us our lease back and would not print out the lease contract. We had to get an uber and go to a different dealer ship and buy a car from honest dealer. On top of not letting us buy out our lease they ran my credit 5 times and we received a bill for over 4000 dollars for the lease. This is very unethical, wrong and a big scheme. I would never go back or recommend naples nissan.
