My mother was in this hospital for weeks. The nursing staff is overwhelmed and has difficulties within the employees themselves. I had several times tried to reach the doctors by phone, unfortunately without success. Also personally I could not lead a discussion with the doctors. The social service was also unreachable.
The final discussion was led by a doctor who spoke very bad German. My mother did not understand anything here either.
What is worse, she was discharged with a lung disease that was life-threatening. Here was an oxygen saturation of about 70 percent available.
