I brought my ferret Munchie here last wed night because I found him laying almost lifeless in the cage and Central was the only place even remotely close that handles exotics,they informed me that they were pretty sure he has insulinoma and that it could be treated with meds which he s now getting.
The staff was very helpful and professional and I think it was Nina who was very empathetic and thorough and explained everything to me,what I really wasn t at all ready for was the $1,600.00 tab for simple things like hospitalization and administering fluids and meds,needless to say that I was very happy when they ended up refunding almost 1/2 of that whopper of a bill but I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be back if he crashes again, thank you all for taking such good care of my Munchie man.
