I ve been going to longleat ever since I can remember, the Safari / park itself is great. This review is based on the experiences, more specific, the penguin experience.

It was dyer.



The zoo keepers knew their stuff but it all fell apart on the main bit, it isn t a VIP experience. You get to feed the penguins (apart from the above so there s no point) you still have other guests coming in the enclosure which is obviously fine but when you re trying to get a picture of the person having the experience it s hard and to top it all off, when trying to contact longleat they didn t even bother replying. And no, I wasn t after money back or a free trip or whatever. I just had a few questions OMG other things and they couldn t be bothered to reply. Something like 3 letters and god knows how many emails.

Going on a day trip is great, but don t waste your money on the experience.
