I had some problems & check in which I sent to HO....

I had some problems & check in which I sent to HO. Aki from the manager team was very helpful to change our room.
Our room never got cleaned (29th floor) we had to call to schedule a clean up.
The restaurant Latitude was closed on Jan 1. Not convinient for hotel guests.
Spa: while I was waiting inside by the private curtains the manager started arguing with one of the ladies that worked there. Very loud. This is a SPA. Not professional at all.
The massage was so lovely.
Hotel bar/lobby 1st floor: very messy
Bathroom: old lights made a buzzing sound
This is not a 5 star Shangri-La hotel.
