I had our apartment's carpets cleaned before we moved in, upon moving in, I found the edges in the rooms had been unattended to. I called the company right away to have it fixed, but they couldn't come that day and we had to move in. I decided not to have them come because we couldn't have wet carpets while we were moving in, but I asked them to compensate me for their errors. They agreed to refund me only $25 of the $170 they charged me. I let it go. About 30 days later I watched another company clean some carpets and that got me frustrated again about AJs job on my home. Upon looking at AJ's website I saw an "unqualified 100% money back guarantee" so I decided to call them about it. I also called to see what equipment they used to clean my carpets. I found out they didn't use the equipment I preferred and they wouldn't refund my money. (At this point it had been about 30 days since they had done my home, so I understand the problem with the time lapse, but even from the beginning I didn't like the job they'd done and they only offered to refund $25...not 100%). The technician agreed to come and redo the places I wanted redone, but when he got here (4 hours later than he'd originally told me...very unprofessional) he tried to sell me on the method he liked, and agreed to go over the edges with the method I wanted. I let him do it. Was glad he came out to redo it, but frustrated that he wouldn't just do it the way I wanted him to. He also didn't have any protective gear for my walls or furniture, and said my furniture would be safe on the wet carpets. Don't waste your money. I won't be using AJs in the future. I wish they would have just refunded me my money in the beginning so I could have used it to pay a different company to clean my carpets.
