If I could give a zero I would. The only words I got out of the agent named Christopher I spoke to , in the most condescending and rude tone I have ever received was "hi", "Shoot", "Are you Trying to figure it out yourself or hire someone to do it for you" after I asked my initial question and explained I had done some research. I asked "Sorry what" and he proceeded to repeat himself in the same tone and manner. I said that "The website is misleading then as if it says a free consultation and I personally think he's being extremely rude" and he burst out laughing and I hung up.
