Staff were fantastic. An unfortunate issue had me moved to 3 different rooms however this was a common hotel issue globally, thus not reflected in my rating. The staff were very quick and thorough in working on resolving the issue. They were terrific: Enzo - front desk at check in, Danny - front manager, Daniel - Concierge/Bellman Extraordinairre, two young men working in security, the Market staff who were so helpful when we were trying to navigate our meals. Thank you everyone for being the bright light in what turned out to be an exhausting trip. My experience with the staff was really great! My star review specifically for the room is based on the dilapidated state of the walls, paint trim and some of the hardware. The rooms I saw were in strong need of fresh paint, replaced wallpaper, and a mindful inspection as there really is a laundry list of minor repairs and upkeep needed however that did not affect my stay or enjoyment of the rooms I just expect better for the rates charged.
