Even during this Covid-19 pandemic, Venture comes through. The service is by appointment only, but still if I have an issue of any kind with any of my three Apple devices, Venture Computers of Canada still comes to my rescue. Recently, I started using Dropbox Plus. It wasn't easy for me, but with time and patience, the Venture Service team and particularly Scott Tiillart helped me learn to use this application. The Apple Store makes no guarantee. The Venture Service Desk is reliable and responsive, and all the technicians are highly skilled. If I have a problem, they will fix it. My first stop shop is always Venture and I ve never been disappointed. Thank you, Venture. Keep up the great work! This time, you really saved my life because my life I am a writer/journalist and I am deaf is in my computer technology.
