The experience so far has been great online, but a bit below par in the actual store (offline). Customer experience needs to be improved in the store at Lamington Road. The staff, although polite, do not have sufficient time and bandwidth to consult or assist customers in selecting hardware components or build a PC. I have sometimes found them a bit lacking in knowledge as well. So, if you have already done your research and know exactly what to purchase, then it won't be a problem. If you are a first timer, you'll find it difficult to get attention. The prices are usually the best in the region/country, no doubt about that - hence the 5 stars.
