Ronnie Smith was my technician today, he was very polite and fixed the thermostat - it was so sensitive that I couldn't use it. After checking the furnace he went over the points and suggested that I get carbon monoxide detectors for all 3 floors. This was something that no one else had ever suggested to me. I really appreciated his taking time to tell the symptoms and what to do if they go off. Thanks Ronnie.
