From start to finish, we couldn t have been more pleased with the A+ service we received from Curtis Total Service! We initially reached out on a weekend because we were having issues with our heat pump and Matt Price quickly returned our call. Matt was readily available to come out on a Saturday to see what issues we were experiencing. After troubleshooting over the phone, we decided to wait until Monday for a regular service appointment. Again, Matt was prompt in arriving Monday morning and quickly determined that our heat pump needed to be replaced. Matt was also able to coordinate an install 2 days later.
