The apartments I stay in are the Oaks at Stonecres...

The apartments I stay in are the Oaks at Stonecrest in Lithonia GA and the property manager does nothing but give excuses as to why they can't fix anything! I came home to a rat in my apartment and it took until the next afternoon to send pest control out and my Ac went out while waiting for that it's 86 degrees in my apartment and I have a 8 year old and a 1 year old that's here with me in the day! These are and have been for the past 3 years the worst apartments!!! Do NOT deal with ANY Hammond Residential Group properties!!!!
