Doctors and staff in the Pediatric ER were amazing...

Doctors and staff in the Pediatric ER were amazing. I expected to wait alot longer than I did. Nurses were very friendly, offered juice and snacks. Doctor answered all my questions in detail. The communication of information was transfered in a timely manner. The reality is it's an ER your not going to be in and out like you would a doctors office. Some parents were complaining that their kids have been sick for 5 days, so being good parents why did you wait this long to see a doctor? and why is it now the ER's fault at 10:00pm? So many people want to criticize unfairly. I'm happy with it all taking from start to finish about 4 hours, including Xrays and I think that's fair for the amount of cases they had, and I know my sons issue was not life threatening. Dr. Acosta was the first doctor we met and he was amazing, great people skills. I haven't needed to use this hospital in about 10 years and it's much better than I remembered.
