The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because everyone was pleasant and in the end the pricing was fair.

This dealership will put try to get you for $300 data dots. It's the same scam as window etching. They claim that this helps protect you from theft. Even if it is true it's very difficult to retrieve a vehicle once it's stolen and stripped or taken to Mexico. Police do not use these. And your car will not be recovered as a result of giving away $300 of your hard earned cash. Remember we live in the United States. This means there are no gestapo check points where police will scan your vehicle for these. Run a search on Google for scams car dealer ships pull. Not only that but the other unfortunate part about the interaction was we had the dealer try to put in a $2500 warranty on a used vehicle without asking if we wanted it. It was late in the day and the finance manager was talking fast and wanted to go home. After the paperwork was signed (which he was rushing me through) he stated here is a warranty. He slipped this in without consulting me. I should have caught it immediately but I did not. It was late. The eventually agreed to remove it, after he insisted it would "mess with the deal". Which made no sense.

I encourage anyone who goes to this dealer ship to not buy into money grabs. They push hard for it during sales and even act like they do it to "every vehicle". But if you didn't request it then why would you pay for an unnecessary service. And read over the contract very well. They seem to move numbers around in ways that you won't notice what they add in.

I would return again with a high level of caution. Their cash flow is driven by sales and add ons. The employees are commission based But all dealerships do the same thing.

This one made a notable negative impression on me.
