Pretty disappointing hotel, not the 5 stars I was ...

Pretty disappointing hotel, not the 5 stars I was expecting from this class.
Rooms very aged, with tired furnishings, tiny bathroom with chipped bath and sink. Small towels. No complimentary water.
Lobby bar staff dismissive and rude, couldn't even say hello or please. Served (if you call it that) by Simon, he couldn't have cared less.
Gym facilities at Lynx very good. Housekeeping staff very pleasant and polite.
