I went in for scheduled maintenance for my Pajero. I did not make an appointment and arrived at 10 am on a Saturday morning.
First, the heavy construction in the area makes it very difficult to get to service area over barely-existent dirt roads. Arriving, there is really no place to park. Local security showed me a place to park while I went in to register for maintenance.
Quite a few people waiting. I sat with an agent and signed for the maintenance. I was told it would take 6 hours to be done. I had no other option but to wait. When the agents saw I would wait, they asked the mechanics to rush my work.
All of the staff are friendly professional and helpful. I was given frequent updaes and was finished in 2.5 hours, not 6. The assistant manager even gave a discount that I did not ask for.
Overall nice as can be expected. Recommend to make appointment to cut wait time.
