High interest rates, terrible to try to get anythi...

High interest rates, terrible to try to get anything accomplished with them.
All customer service outsourced, you can't ever understand them and they can't understand you half of the time. Hold time is up to 30 minutes then after another question is asked, they put you on hold for another 30 minutes. I do not recommend, don't let your auto dealer recommend. This bank is the worst.
