Very high fees - Almost 4% of the bill I wanted to pay!!
Horrible customer service who simply disconnected me when I wanted to delete my personal and bank information!!! They just deleted my account!
Unacceptable way of managing personal information. There are many other cheaper and more customer friendly options to pay bills!
