Tyler was very courteous and professional and fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. Good customer service and left his card for any additional problems and explained the problems and the cost up front and fixed it on the spot same day. I had called genz that day and explained my Heat was not functional and I had my terminally ill father living in my home on hospice and it was the weekend and with the snow storm coming I was concerned about the heat not functioning properly. The lady was very respectful and dispatched someone that day to fix the problem.. would highly recommend this company!
