I ve been going to the studio for just over six months and cannot say enough about Mike & Lisa plus their ace staff. Great facility, wonderful teachers, superb classes, lots of solid advice, and mats + clothing for purchase. Also a month ago I took both of my kids to one of Lisa s kids classes and they have now fallen in love with yoga.
