MGA has been a great company to work for. My family has been with them for about three years now and when I decided to become a CNA for my daughter I contacted the staff and they set me up including offering me an opening in their school to earn my CNA in Colorado. I know it s more work for them, but my case manager messages me on the regular to remind me of trainings that are due to include notifications. I ve also been up with a secure email address too. They all personally sign holiday cards for me and my family and I believe that they care about my wellbeing and want me to succeed. When my family first started everything was paper-based but now it is all digital and very easy to complete charts. In addition, we do earn Paid Time Off, something that I was told from an outside organization that MGA did not do but they were wrong. I also can rest assured that MGA is compliant with HIPAA and my family s privacy.
