I had a great purchasing experience a year ago and also chose to regularly service my used Pilot at Crown Honda. Over the several times they serviced the car I experienced great service except for one lapse when they were a few hours late pickup time for an oil change. They quickly resolved that issue with no questions asked.

However, earlier this week I scheduled routine maintenance through their service website and selected an oil change plus tire rotation package. When I got to the dealership, the service rep said there was no way they could perform the service for the advertised price and charged me over 3x the advertised amount! Even when I showed him where they'd been listing that price on their website for at least several days, he insisted that the price was a "glitch." Even if it was a glitch, wouldn't it be their problem to correct and absorb?

I won't be taking my vehicle to a service center with bait and switch tactics and I'll purchase my next Honda at a different dealership.
