Going in for a prostate biopsy is hardly the essence of a 5-star office visit, with the potential implications difficult to overlook. Nevertheless, Dr. Trotter and staff were highly professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Trotter walked me through the procedure in detail as it actually transpired, alerting me to impending sounds and sensations so there were no surprises and the procedure, while not fun, was manageable with a minimum of discomfort. Done under local anesthesia, the procedure went quickly and I walked out under my own power, hungry and ready for lunch at Taco Deli just up the street. 5 stars for the visit given the circumstances. The taco was great.
