I didn't so much as get past the receptionist, dude. Some old lady answered and didnt even give me her name at first, just answered like it was a Jack In The Box. I asked for her name and she just slurred it to me..Silvia is what I got. Needs to learn how to assist potential clientele. Then I told her why I was calling to see about a possible lawsuit against a large company, and she replied "We don't handle those here," so I replied, "well where do you handle them, then?" She asked me to repeat myself, and as I did, halfway through my sentence, she cut me off and said, " Hold on. Hold on," and so I just hung up on her royal rudeness. Smh, I guess the reviews are true. If the receptionist is this bad, I can only imagine what's behind curtain #1.
