We have shopped at Norwood Furniture for more than 25 years. We love Norwood because it s a local business, the selections available are as vast as any major furniture store, and the service is friendly and without high-pressure sales tactics. Our recent experience working with Susan Rand was great. She patiently worked to help us find a sectional and some accent chairs. She knew all the pertinent details about the products and explained them to us. She also used her interior design expertise to help us choose the fabrics that worked with our new home color pallet.
