Originally left a review last night for positive experience. This am, the solution they offered did not work. That s fine, called them back out, they sent a guy who told us we made a bad decision choosing that solution. Why we would choose that? Would love to pull $10,000 out of my pocket for a new AC, happen to be in a pandemic. AC repair is never a quick fix but during a pandemic that has affected my business, I m not as lucky. Hoping for a refund. The experience was rough, second time around.
