Front desk not trained well, I booked a room with breakfast and keep saying that my room is without until I argued and I requested to meet the manager. Then only found that front desk is overlooked.
This already influenced my mood to have my breakfast with my family
Second, no making up my room at all, and room with dirts due to the sofa carpet. And lastly the toilet not cleaned up probably as I checked the room i can smell.
