They are very good at sketching a totally different picture on the site than reality is. If you think you will be sleeping romantically in a castle with your partner ... forget it. You end up in a hotel that really does not deserve the 4 stars. What is described as a luxury hotel room is reality a standard room where there is no luxury whatsoever. The entire hotel exudes an atmosphere of simple. cheap and everything 'just not' and the beds are nothing short of bad. What bothers me the most and has ensured that I post my review on the internet is complaint handling. You are asked 'do you have any complaints please tell us, are you satisfied please tell others'. I have expressed my complaints and during our stay no further response was received. Upon checking out asked for a survey form (was not in the room contrary to what was stated in the folder), again my complaints and disappointment made known. And ....... a week later no response. Erenstein (please leave the word castle for it) for me never again !!
