Had a bad experience the time before so had been offered a free detail with my repairs, if I gave them another shot. The repairs were done on time, but the detail never happened. They ended up just doing a quick, not very good, car wash which they should do for free every time and handing it back to me. They actually advertise that in their shop, but it doesn't always happen.
