Andrew, my advisor was very pleasant. He got my car in for service and called me to let me know that I needed brakes. usually the tech will give you a time line to have your breaks replaced. He never did. After I ask him did I need rotors, He then stated that I needed rotors too and a front end alinement. I stoped my conversation with him because he continued to find things that was wrong . He should have been up front with me. This makes me distrust people. I like people to be up front with me not after I ask. The people in the rental area were very nice and professional. They were very helpful.
