I stumbled upon Zicasso on the internet while researching a trip to Portugal. I emailed the company seeking a Portugal based travel agency and a Zicasso representative responded immediately providing several travel agencies and owner contact info. I ended up making all my travel arrangements through one of the agencies Zicasso recommended and was extremely pleased with the travel agent s expertise and quality of service.
Zicasso also checked in with me several times during the process to make sure I was completely satisfied with the travel agency I had selected. I plan to use Zicasso next time I travel and would strongly recommend that anyone needing help planning travel do the same !
